Sorrento lemons are imported directly from the Amalfi Coast in Italy, where they are prized for their bright tasting, abundant juice, the aromatic oils in the unwaxed rind, and the flavorful pulp with very few seeds. (They are the preferred lemon for making limoncello liqueur.) Their flavor pairs particularly well with fish: Slice them paper thin and layer inside whole fish or over fish fillets before baking or roasting.
