Here is another of those terrific oversized grapefruits - which is actually a mild pummelo & mandarin hybrid. Oroblancos taste like a sweet grapefruit with none of a grapefruits' bitterness or acidity. They're easy-peeling, usually seedless and their bright yellow rind is often tinged with a little green. The pulp will be juiciest when these fruits feel heavy for their size.
