Murrays Family Farm grows amazing fruits in Bakersfield, CA. They're a small family farm selling at the Santa Monica Farmers Market with a tremendous following. We discovered them a couple years ago and carry whatever they can send us. Known as Little Wonder, kishu mandarins are seedless, about the size of a quarter, and the mini-segments are firm and juicy. They make a lovely garnish piled atop a mound of seafood salad or ceviche served in a stem glass. Float them in cocktails; place on any dessert as a finishing frill.
