We believe Ronnybrook is the best, freshest, hormone-free milk we can deliver to our customers while supporting local agriculture and artisan dairies at the same time. Because they are our closest dairy neighbors, Baldor can get Ronnybrook products to you within 24-36 hours of production. During the spring, summer and fall the primary part of their cows diet is fresh pasture that grows on Ronnybrooks own Hudson Valley farm. In winter, their cows consume large amounts of hay that were harvested on the farm during summer.
