This curly bunch spinach, grown organically by the Hepworth Farms gals, is dark green with a mild but deep, earthy flavor and just loaded with beta carotene. Swish throroughly in a sink full of cold water as dirt tends to cling to the crinkly leaves and remove the tough stems. You can wilt in a skillet with olive oil until excess liquid has evaporated, then flavor with browned garlic and seasonings or a squirt of lemon.
