Our sherry vinegar is made from Palominograpes and aged using the Solera methodin barrels as old as 50 years.Made by a small family-owned wine and vinegar producer in Jerez, Spain that have been making vinegar for 4 generations. Raw and unpasteurized, contains the mother. No sugar, caramelcoloring, nor preservatives added. Contains naturally occurring sulfites.
