A member of the mint family, marjoram has a mild, sweet, oregano-like flavor. Often considered a milder version of oregano. Excellent in oil and vinegar dressings and used to flavor many Italian and Greek dishes. Sprinkle over grilled eggplant, add to beans stews, soups, and tomato sauce. Pairs weel with poultry and seafood.
