Robiloa is the signature fresh cow's milk cheese from the Lake Como region of Italy. It's similar to fresh cream cheese, though not as thick or sweet. It has the pleasantly tangy, crumbly/wet texture of really fresh ricotta and is fabulous with strawberries and pineapple. Use it as a breakfast spread on bagels or an antipasto served with any kind of bread.
