Summer-ripe local Jersey Tomatoes can now be enjoyed year-round. Only fresh, Jersey-grown, vine-ripened tomatoes go into these signature cans along with a pinch of salt. The tomatoes are sourced from six south Jersey farms in the counties of Burlington, Gloucester, Salem and Cumberland. The morning the tomatoes are picked from the field they are shipped to the last tomato processing plant in Jersey (Violet in Williamstown) and canned within less than 24 hours. Jersey Fresh Crushed Tomatoes are thick with a very intense field-tomato taste.
