The Farmer’s Hen is a sister brand of Handsome Brook Farms, which began in Franklin, New York, with five hens and a belief: when animals and land are treated with care, good things follow. Today, we partner with the country’s largest network of small, organic pasture-raised and free-range egg farms, operating in 11 states from the Northeast to as far west as Oklahoma. One[TF1]  thing remains the same -- our commitment to “Acting Handsomely” in all things, where small farms and big hearts mean a brighter future. 

Our farmers use organic and regenerative practices to improve the long-term resilience of the land and we connect these practices in a farmer network to increase the scale of our impact, making individual farms part of something much larger.  From our coops to consumers’ cartons, we deliver the most sustainable eggs possible.
