With a flavor profile that is spicy-sweet, Watermelon Radishes are mild, pleasantly crunchy, and pretty. Green and white outside, they cut to reveal an outer pale green rim framing a fuschia pink heart. Great cooked in soups and stews but best served raw in thin slices for salads or as a crudite chip for dips. These are grown organically and biodynamically on Remembrance Farm in Trumansburg, N.Y.
