At Villani we are passionate about our crafts and products. It has been so since 1886 when the company was established in Castelnuovo Rangone, a small village on the outskirts of Modena.

The MANIPULATOR: Their touch seals the fusion among delicious meats and the spice feast prepared for them. Strength and gentleness, in a careful massage.
The CASER and the BINDER: It is in their hands that masterpieces of taste take shape. They fill the most suitable casings with the ingredients’ blend, then they wrap, sew, tie and braid.
The OVEN MASTER: In their ovens mortadellas and hams are cooked slowly to perfection.
The CELLAR KEEPER: Their senses guide the slow refinement of the product until maturation is completed.
