After leaving their jobs on Wall Street in 2000, brothers Marty and Jobi Koffman bought a small chocolate company in Pearl River, New York. Realizing the demand in foodservice for small, pre-made desserts, they added frozen single serving treats to their chocolate line. All were unadorned and made from 100% natural ingredients – a blank canvas for the chef’s own creative touches. Any chef or retail store can use Pearl River pastries in a new and unique way by personalizing them with their own signature decorations.  Pearl River’s two to three inch, portion-controlled desserts can be taken directly from the freezer and thawed in 1-3 hours.
