From a historic corner of France

In this tiny part of Normandy, in the northwestern corner of France, dairy production is part of our history and our identity. For over 100 years we have been passionately committed to the ancient craft of cheese, cream, and butter making and the traditions of sustainable agriculture. We don’t just work with farmers, we are farmers. We tend our land, we craft our products and as a cooperative, we share out successes. 

This is where rich grass grows, and the cows are given room to roam. Here the freshest milk is transformed, within a few hours and miles of the pasture, into food of real integrity. 

Yet although our production scale remains human and timelessly local, our appreciation is truly global. Our products fine their way to the finest tables around the globe, to food lovers who insist on quality and understand the real meaning of food with a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status. In turn they are transported to a place of authentic craft and a community bound by the land and its history. 

In a world full of “food like substances”, this is real food from a real unique place, made by real farmers with real integrity.
