Kitchen Playlist of the Week: Chef Neal Harden

Chef Neal Harden is best known for his serious vegetarian chops. He has created innovative menus at Pure Food and Wine, Maimonide of Brooklyn and, most recently, The Pickle Shack. The Portland, Maine native is also a serious music buff. He traveled around the country as the bass player of a punk band and his record collection is so extensive that it’s threatening to collapse the shelves where he stores it. He listens to everything from everything from 60’s psychedelic music to dub reggae, but maintains a soft spot for punk. Check out what he’s listening to!
