Mountaire is a vertically integrated farm that controls every aspect of production from hatcheries to feed mills, grow-out barns to processing. They are known for sustainably producing jumbo birds. They are also One Health Certified; a program designed by Iowa State University and recognized by USDA which focuses on animal welfare and disease prevention. Boneless, skinless thighs offer deep flavor and succulent texture. Naturally fattier than breast meat, they are incredibly forgiving and a great pick for rich braises, pulling, and pan-frying.
