With a beautiful black exterior and white-veined beige flesh, these Italian black summer truffles are a great way to add flair to any dish. More mild than winter black truffles, these are wonderful sliced and simmered with scallops and white fleshy fish like halibut or striped bass. Try stuffing them under the skin of a roasting chicken.
