This delicious cream is made mostly with porcini mushrooms plus a little truffle and can be used as a sauce for pasta or as a condiment for meat, potato and egg dishes. Because it's so concentrated the suggested usage is 1 teaspon of truffle cream per person mixed with olive oil, butter or heavy cream. Ideal for dressing risotto, gnocchi, pasta, meat fillets, egg and potatoes; also a delicious filling for savory crepes.
